Yea. We’re skipping next week. It’s supposed to be 118 near Yuma . No thanks. i figure I’ll stick around and get some more work done on my boat project.

Can anyone remember a fathers day week or weekend that has not been 120-130? I can't at least in the last 5 or 6 yrs, always seem above average in mid to late June and then gets better.........

No Way 120-130 this early. Last year there was a 4-Day stretch of around 120, but no way this early.

Havasu City, Last Father's Day 108, Farmer's Almanac.;)
Not uncommon at all, I was here, like all fathers days, a few yrs ago and I could barely breath and could not wait to leave, lol. Not trying to argue with you, but June rates up with July/August as the hottest months of the year. Would search for more data but it doesn't really matter. June can be hot at as hell...........

Just what I read, the ONLY 120 days were a 4 Day Stretch in August 2020.

Headed out to havi this Friday and will be there for a week. Probably spend a lot time in the pool and little or no time in the boat. It's all good though,, pool time rocks, patio is evap cooled, garage is A/Ced and I can use a little down time with not much to do.

Had a fucking fire sprinkler line leaking in the shop this morning , called my sprinkler buddy he said "Go check the system pressure", didn't realize they were check valved, the heat yesterday had caused all the iron sprinkler pipes in my ceiling to surge to almost 200psi of pressure from the normal ~50psi.

Bled the line pressure and drip stopped

This is not uncommon for this time of year. I remember suffering through Fathers Day weekend in 2015 with 118 + temps. Hit and a miss every year.

We got lucky, spent all last week out there and just left yesterday. 121 as I was driving out of town.

And I haven't seen a homeless person the entire week I have been here. I mean unsheltered person... Got to keep it PC.
Are they homeless????????? or maybe just outdoorsmen.
