My son also updated his server, graphics and operations programs. He is able to do amazing renderings and video if anyone needs that type of service.

Got the plumbing roughed and just need to have it inspected. Unfortunately I pushed out the construction and even though a GC had started the permit was outdated a couple of days When we called for the plumbing inspection. I LOVE Havasu. It was just a phone call and we are back on track.

Got a little concrete poured a week ago today. Talked to the truss guy and it should be about 3 weeks for those to arrive. There was a little error that we need to clear up with the structural engineer.

Been a busy week or two. THings are starting to chug along. There have been a couple of issues but working through most of them. Witht he walls up and opening between old and new garages this is not going to be tight as I had thought. I am getting excited now…..

I would guess that it’s probably for property line setbacks. Many properties in town have lines that are not square to the street.

As stated before. The property line does get narrow on that side of the house. Had two options….angle was or step. I thought step looks better and you can read the garage getting more narrow compared to the angled wall. You wont see the garage shrinking in width and could hit one wall of the other if the wife or son has to move the boat. Also allows an are for the tools box to sit it or other thIng’s.

Yepp, that is the boss. I thought that I pulled the image before she rolled the window down. LOL. It was a great day for the two of us for sure. I am hoping to be on the water again soon and getting more images of the boat.

Weird how they haven’t. Because the boat show seemed to have more rooms then anything else. And people were all over them.

Getting there. The last two days they have been prepping for the stucco. I like the feel of the walls and the space. This si going to be nice once finished. The boat and truck will fit so nicely and make things so much easier.

Well today could not have come sooner. I am finally getting insulted from this crazy world we live in. Climate Change is NOT going to kill me when it happens next week.

They promptly dropped off the drywall and started hanging it after the insulation was installed. Now we are waiting on the taping and stucco.

Thank you. I think that the lights will be enough. Not sure being that I have not really had them on and needed to complete a task. Also not bee out there are not. I guess if it is not enough I can always supplement with a shop light or two.
