My son also updated his server, graphics and operations programs. He is able to do amazing renderings and video if anyone needs that type of service.
Looks great, Tim!Got a little concrete poured a week ago today. Talked to the truss guy and it should be about 3 weeks for those to arrive. There was a little error that we need to clear up with the structural engineer.

Why did you narrow down the garage as it goes to the rear?Got a little concrete poured a week ago today. Talked to the truss guy and it should be about 3 weeks for those to arrive. There was a little error that we need to clear up with the structural engineer.

I would guess that it’s probably for property line setbacks. Many properties in town have lines that are not square to the street. Why did you narrow down the garage as it goes to the rear?
As stated before. The property line does get narrow on that side of the house. Had two options….angle was or step. I thought step looks better and you can read the garage getting more narrow compared to the angled wall. You wont see the garage shrinking in width and could hit one wall of the other if the wife or son has to move the boat. Also allows an are for the tools box to sit it or other thIng’s.Why did you narrow down the garage as it goes to the rear?
And not a single dam picture of the boat?!
Yepp, that is the boss. I thought that I pulled the image before she rolled the window down. LOL. It was a great day for the two of us for sure. I am hoping to be on the water again soon and getting more images of the boat. The garage looks awesome. Sorry just was excited for you and wanted to see the boat. I love boats and this is a boat website!

Don't take that sign down for your stucco guy till I get by for a picture! Since you're so far away and all.....Getting close. Inside painted, A/C installed, electrical was hooked up and lights installed. We have lights and electricity. Garage doors should be installed next Tuesday. Then it is just a little plumbing and the driveway. I can see the truck and boat in there soon.

Thank you. I think that the lights will be enough. Not sure being that I have not really had them on and needed to complete a task. Also not bee out there are not. I guess if it is not enough I can always supplement with a shop light or two.Looks great, must feel good seeing the finish line.
How’s the light output on those edge lit led panels?
Are those insulated? They look greatGetting closer……garage doors going in today.
