How big of a freezer do I need for a 1/4 beef.
Our 1/4’s are large so 7 cu ft to be safe.How big of a freezer do I need for a 1/4 beef.
I have raised a single steer before, with a buddy, and split it half and half. I used to raise a hog every year also.
It was a long time ago though. Can you give me an example of what you get, cut wise, with a 1/4 steer?

What time is dinner??Wholly Cow Joel, we thaw out some flank steak in the butcher wrap to bbq today, wife opens it up and calls me over, wow the steak rolls out and is already tenderized and looks amazing, just shocked us that your butcher did that for your clients ahead of time...way to go...gotta love it.

OK so last week the wife made a roast stew with gravy from Joel and Amy's company...tonight we did 3 beef loin NY Steaks. I don't want to sound like a broken record but WOW is all I can say (not really all I can say) Anyone that wants to try some amazing beef you have to at least try Joel and Amy's work. Just amazing tastes and quality, 2 were medium rare for me one tonight and tomorrow for lunch, 1 was well done for the wife. I hate well done beef but even at that level of cooked beef it was amazing after the wife forced me to try a piece of hers. I cannot wait til fall when we can bbq a few times a week out of this heat....I can guarantee that you will be very happy with his product.Joel, Amy, you guys are killing me......We had 2 Rib Eyes from the 1/2 cow we got from you guys, I never eat Rib Eye I always do Filet when we go out, wife loves Rib Eyes and since I want to try all the cuts we had them, I ate the darn whole thing and it was really good. Mine was Med Rare and wife's was Well. 2 minutes to sear on each side at 425 then mine goes on the top rack to cook slower and the wife's directly on the grill both at 280 til done....
