Now that Desert Storm is over (still unloading from that) I figured I would throw up the finalized program on these for those that want them.

These are entrees ready to eat / no prep required. After talking to a lot of people and seeing where the price points should be, this is what I have come up with.

These are in date and according to the manufacturer will be good for 3-5 years (possibly longer) if stored in a cool dry environment!

A pallet consists of 48 cases with 12 MRE’s per case. 576 total meals per pallet.

We have stacked 15 pallets ready at my warehouse in LHC, as mixed variety (all flavors) and we are going to sell them for the following prices.

1 full pallet - 1,000.00 (6 flavors)
1/3 pallet - 16 cases 500.00

Shoot me a message or a text if you are interested! 949-678-8369

Anyone that wants to sample I have them available.

Bulk pricing give me a call to discuss details!

For those that have already committed to them I am reducing the price on pre orders as well.

If you can get something from them in writing saying they’re good for 3 to 5 years past expiration I’d be down for a pallet. Granted it’s a fine line as they could say they weren’t climate controlled but we could deal with that later i would assume.

I wonder if you could home freeze dry these? That's a huge market right now.

I have a widland fire crew getting ready for this seasons deployments. They usually carry MRE's. A few cases of these might be a good thing for them. Is there a way to ship the cases? not a pallet load.....

Send them to Ukraine, you will be a hero.......
I’d agree

I will sell you as many as you want for exactly the price I am into them if you would like to do that.

I had considered doing a “gofund me” campaign and donating the majority of it.

The problem is I’m not some bazillionaire philanthropist. I just crossed 75k hard cost and it’s rising everyday.

Just storage and moving them around as needed is about 200.00 a day for perspective.

Second one was picked up tonight. We had some spaghetti and meatballs while Stacys dad was running the forklift. Lol.

I’m gonna be using these things for trail food when we are out in the SXS’s.. pretty good!

Do these have the warming kits like military mre’s?

You said you had some while Stacys dad was running the forklift. Do you have to microwave them?

I would like to define what good means in time frame of 5 years, after that is the taste altered after say 10 years or does the food become poisonous to human consumption.
I know canned food bought at the local market is good for decades after the expiration date unless the lid as puffed up and I did not taste much difference.

Nope you can eat them at room temp.’ That said we live in AZ.. you want it hot set it on the truck bed for 10 minutes. Lol

It is a peel and eat deal and comes with a fork and a napkin.

So that’s the thing.. these are fema MRE’s. Per contracts they have to change them every five years. The Mfg sells them new ones every five years (that’s their bread and butter).

The Mfg also sells them to the general public.

Anyhow yes at some point (when that is?) they will go bad. These aren’t freeze dried, nor require water and heaters etc..

When they go bad the packages will either start ballooning, meaning a bacteria (from what I was told) started out gassing.. or it will smell or look bad.

Hence the visual inspection once every six months to a year depending on how long you have had them and how you store them. I can only go by what the Mfg tells me.. hence I can’t say store them right and they are good for some crazy amount of time.

I talked to several people at the Mfg. They said if they have been stored properly, they have been tested out three years from October this year no problems. (8+ years and counting)

They said five years from That date and beyond would also not be a problem but they haven’t “tested” them that far because there hasn’t been that much time past yet.

Either way if ya keep ‘em cool they should last quite awhile.. and more to the point they don’t taste like shit. (Freeze dried)

Downside they aren’t super high calorie keep you fighting kinda stuff.. these are more like shit got real and we want to eat something that could pass for a trail lunch..

Upside. Our government buys them in the millions for 5.85 per meal. 😳. Retail even on ones this age is still in the 4 range.

I will have that tomorrow. They are sending the report where they tested them to 7 years. They didn't send them out for testing after that.
Again they tell me if they are climate controlled, these should have no problems storing for a long time, which they aren't gonna put on paper (to be responsible for), but I interpret to be 3-5 years from now.

LOL If shit hits the fan to where this is the only food obtainable, I wouldn’t care what date was on it.

I just watched the US capital melt in a hypersonic nuclear explosion, hey what’s the sell by date on the chicken cacciatore said no one ever.
