The plan is to use white as the base like 50% then 20% ash grey 20% charcoal grey and 10% red. I want the red to be really subtle. stitching, accents, paint etc.
I Used Alcantara years ago in cars and probably one of the first Boats back in 2006 and back then it was worth a couple years of regular use and sun exposure. I imagine the technology has progressed in the past 20 years but it would be hard for me to believe that ANY Alcantara will last as long...
-Eliminator was/is my first choice.
-DCB would be an option but not since they moved to AZ. I would want to be able to see my boats progression first hand while it’s getting done.
Martinez- unfortunately I’ve just heard too many bad stories to feel comfortable leaving my boat in a dirt lot in...
Yeah I like hard back seats BUT I also like having pockets in the back of my stock seats. I plan to re shape the head rest a little but I think I’m gonna stick to regular buckets. I also need my seats raised about 2”. I’m going to check out KMG also. How are their prices and lead times? And are...

Rotary engines can make huge horsepower and the already cylindrical shape would make them a great option as an OB. There has to be something wrong with their viability or they would still be used today.
Yeah and maybe I’m just being more sensitive than I should be. It’s one of those situations where the boat broke and now I’m being overly sensitive of every single thing out of sheer anxiety.
I actually love the way the new lower handles at speed and I think I just need to get used to it again...
I’m IMPATIENT PETER! Ha!
I hear you loud and clear. At this point I know the 26 runs good and the boat is at Pfaff/Baca now to get it ironed out. When I had the 26 on it she was getting on plane, but it took twice as long as before. When I say twice as long I mean it took 6 seconds instead of...
