Going to be such a cool boat/concept. When I saw this it reminded me of the 22 Barracuda on Facebook but with much better power options.

2010 Nordic Thor which I believe is the same bottom. 525 w/an XR running a 26 Bravo and the max we get to is 72 bouncing rev limiter. To my understanding, they're just heavy boats and really start to work at 75+ so you need big power.
There's a FB group called passion for powerboats and a guy named David Smith designed XR lower gears that are supposed to be much stronger. It says you can order them through Endurance Innovations and the number is 847-778-2802.
Congrats on your Thor by the way. My Dad stopped into Nordic and it was just about done. Boat looks awesome with the outboards and the extra space in the cabin.
I saw in a different thread that he reached out but the guy never got back to him. On the Facebook event they have for it only 17 people said they were going. Definitely expected more with all the Nordics you see in Havasu.
Curious as to who all will be heading out for the run to Pirates on Saturday. They have it posted on the Nordic Owner's Facebook page but seems like not too many people saw it.
Rental property may have been a bit of a stretch seeing as we mostly have friends stay there since we're a family of 5 and have a 3 br house. Call it a "potential" rental property...
So when I initially purchased the home, it was a primary residence and for the most part has been all the way up to 2 months ago when my wife and I purchased a home in Mesa. I refi-ed that one at the same time we were closing on the new one and it was classified as a secondary home. We haven't...
Where was the home at? Maybe I'm being short sighted, but I just cant imagine the value going up much more than it has. I'm sure you probably had a similar voice in your head when you sold though.
Definitely appreciate the input! The only thing that scares me about the Havasu market is the volatility compared to a market like Phoenix where the job market is booming and people are coming in droves. It blew my mind that someone would pay over 300k for an older home under 1200 square feet...
