i had the first gen trex ( 1994) on my house , the 1.5 inch, it was still good after 28 years, it had a brown color and it faded to a light grey, you could walk on it barefoot on a hot day in comparison, redwood would burn your feet. the only problem i had was the substructure or joists started...
I wanted a flip up bed cover, already had a roll n lock (good cover, very secure) but permanent, looked at backflip and others like it but settled on a lomax because you can pull a lanyard and slide the the whole cover back when folded all the way and easily removable, i have a 30 gal below bed...

here in bakersfield the chains are not as busy as they used to be the mom and pops are slammed a lot of the time, food trucks are busy as well, we dont go to the chains we support the mom and pops....... the food is better.
