After watching this video and several other matchup videos, I changed my 7.3 order to the 6.7 High Output diesel. Watching the the 7.3s constantly shifting when towing up hills. Gave me PTSD of my old big blocks doing the same when I had them.
I’m with you. Something is not right here. The new member came in 10 years later and called out the stolen boat. They knew something and this was a revenge post to stir up the shit. This story has only just begun.
If there was payout from the insurance. The insurance company was the new owner. So if the boat was recovered after that time. The boat could have gone up for auction and sold. So the person that is in possessions of that boat now could be the legal owner.
My gut feeling is the diesels are on the edge of high performance and the failure costs are too high for me. Several friends have had catastrophic failures with engines and transmissions. I’m done with taking that risk of a future $20k hit
So I sold my 2021 F350 Dually Diesel and ordered a F250 Tremor 7.3. Hope I will not regret. On paper going with a gasser makes sense for overall cost of ownership and my towing needs, which are light duty now.
Go visit the berry shack right at the entrance of the ferry, my friend owns it and she has the best Strawberries and other homemade good for sale. I was just at the dunes last week.
