Good tip; Here is a twist on that concept.....insert the end of a zip tie into a stripped hole (trim flush), install screw...plastic acts as a sleeve..same concept as the toothpick maybe a bit more sturdy.....thanks to AJ at Savage for that helpful household tip!!!! :beer
