Never actually weighed it but if I had to take a pretty good guess I'd say about 600lbs! Boat off the trailer, with all fluids at Eliminator weighed 4100lbs!
Ok guys, time has come to sell my boat. Most know Eliminator doesnt produce the 25 Daytona ICC anymore. Since 2008 till 2019 maybe 5 or 6 25 daytona ICC's were produced and that's it. Hard to find and I hope I dont regret it but hope it can go to a good home and someone who understands the motor...
The last 22 to leave the factory last year with a 400 ran 98mph with a bravo 1 prop, max 5 would probably put it a tad over a 100. Since the 25 is bigger doesn't mean it will be slower, it will carry the CG much better then the 22 will plus 2 totally different bottoms!

Your looking at $150k with a single 400r and guessing in the area of about 95mph! Props play a big part in speed, from bravo 1, to the Max 5 and then the merc cleavers! Hope this helps!
Beauty with our setup is we use gear ratio, small pitch and 8500rpm to accelerate so it saves the drive, we also run a custom aerator which helps when were at low speed dragging water to keep the drive happy!!
Boost is dependant on speed, 10 psi will get u about 60mph, 20psi about 90mph, 30psi about 125mph!
Ive had as many as 7 people in it with 2 full coolers, fuel and standalone speakers, like DJ type speakers and ran 105mph! Its been a great boat and alot of it is the weight saving from the...

Hard to say how many hours are on the drive, it was completely tore down and inspected prior to mymy 134mph run at loto in 2012 and it was in perfect condition, absolutely no gear wear. Now that it was gone from my hands for almost 2 years i was worried about it. Pulled upper and lower magnets...
You would probably know better then i would Dave! Last time i tried dealing with them on some gauges that were doing some goofy things there fix was "buy a new one", i mean i guess..... ive used autometers for 25 years and rarely ever do they fail and there customer service is top notch...hence...
