As you head up river they cut down the reeds and added some new red markers. I think the markers are for the shallows but could be wrong.

I just installed a set of the Toyo AT3 on my F350 (37”) load range E. I came from a set of Toyo RT. I enjoy them much more. Quiet, 65k mileage warranty, and smooth.

Fee is next to nothing and yes money is FDIC insured. I will see if I can grab the exact figures.
