I had two glasses of Irish Cream on Christmas Day. Since then, no alcohol at all. I'm trying the alcohol free January. The only difference I've noticed is I'm more regular, if you know what I mean. Maybe it's a coincidence. February 1 I will return to my normal drinking routine.
