Furthermore on the subject, any "friend of ours" would have actually committed some elderly abuse by dragging this old bag out of their home by her hair and tossing the bitch down a flight of stairs rendering her unconciouss and then calling a meat wagon to escort her to her new residency in the county hospital for indigent tenants who got knocked the fuck out.

As it sits these people are most likely very nice people and unskilled in the finer arts of dealing with shit bags.

#1 reason never buy rental apts or houses , the renter has all the rights in Calif.

Business is different, 3 day, pay or quit notice served by the Sheriff.

We have had to pay lawyers, to clearly define all aspects of the basic rental contract.
Standard form contracts leave the judges room to wiggle the law :grumble:

Based on article, the nanny received room and board as compensation. If you receive room and board as compensation for work, then you are a tenant. They need to start eviction proceedings and terminate her employment at the same time. Hard part, she has to sign termination docs, if she refuses to do that, then they have to serve her legal termination docs.

I've given this some thought. First you remove her bedroom door, then you put locks on the bathroom doors. She can't get in to take a shit, she'll have to go elsewhere. Parasites like her value a nice warm place to take shit above all else. I would dig a big hole in the backyard making sure she can see me. And I would blast Megadeth right into her room day and night. The list goes on and on.
