Not sure if u like tea, echinacea tea also helps from getting a cold and or if ur feeling like one is starting it usually will knock it out before it gets to bad.
Of course can also be used to help get rid of a full blown cold.

I have bought the tea bags and put them in very hot water. I didn't believe it myself until I tried it.

Jus food for thought , would hate for you to miss another river trip [emoji12][emoji106][emoji202]

I love tea (drinking green tea right now, actually). Just added echinacea tea to my grocery list. Thanks MM [emoji106]

Totally agree.

If you like green tea, this is the best everrrr. Costco. Good hot or iced.

Went on a nice, peaceful, 2.5 mile walk with my wife and daughter this morning. We used to do this walk all the time, and just started again.

Weather was perfect this morning. About 73*.

Now being wife is from the south. It is only sweet tea or nothing. True tea drinkers in the south.

The amount of sugar they put into the tea container ( tea makers sits in the counter ) I think it's a gallon jug, I rushed out and bought a bunch of sugar stock.

Good god that amount of sugar would send u into a diabetic coma. [emoji12]

She was born in Frankfurt , Germany, while her dad was in the army . She came to the U.S. When she was three , her father ( good man ) and mother ( heifer) are both from okthefucklahoma , being she was raised in the south [emoji106][emoji202]
