Yes Sir been watching the Aisle for a few years now.. Unbelievable what these guys can do.. I would love to see it up close some day.

Old buddy of mine owns two Brough Superiors, an SS100 and an SS80. He keeps the SS80 in England at his cottage there so he can take it to the vintage events at Goodwood and IOM TT. I'd love to go to Goodwood one day to see them all.

When it comes to a need for speed these guys are in a different class all together. I grew up with Wayne Rainey and use to go to Laguna Seca to watch him race. After Wayne's accident he told me it was God's way of slowing him down...

It was called Year of The Tiger. 104 HP in street form. :thumbsup Should have kept that bike:grumble:
I'm picking up another rare [ albeit weak :skull ] Honda from a friend of mine, a GB250 4 valve. May turn it into a cafe racer to look cool tooling around town.The bike has factory silver paint. I like this bloke's bike and would probably copy its scheme.What you guys think?

I have since sold my bikes but used to go to events with friends and such as the great Eddie Lawson and Wayne Rainy. At the time I was part of the RZ500 forum and that's how we meet for such rides/events.
This was my 1985 RD500 in black/red that I purchased in 2007. It was one of three that I knew of in the lower 48. Upon purchase it hadn't been started since 1987 so I did a complete frame off restoration. Sold it in 2011 to a collector in Northern California. Still kick myself in the ass for selling it...

I love this every year as well, but there is just something about the sidecar racing that adds that extra level of insanity for me. I do think that this is the last motorsports event where the rider/driver is more important than the equipment, old vs young, etc, the cream always rises to the top, and its really size of your balls mated with their skill that does it. I'd love to go, sit on a lawn, and sip a pint or 4 and watch this one day. :thumbsup
