Looks Good Karl. I think that is the first time that I have seen the laundry area opens up to the master closet. I like it. It is crazy to think how the technology has changed in the last 2 decades. In the beginning CADD was cutting edge. Some of the renderings that my son has done in school looks so real.

For the larger commercial construction jobs we are we are using Cadd and B.I.M. You can turn the plans 360* and see if there are any conflicts with the other trades and structure. I have to figure a lot more engineering hours for the project.

I recall when BIM and Revit came to be used. Some architects were so butt hurt when we did not have files on hand. Was just in a meeting with that firm last week and we laughed how times have changed and that he is no longer willing to create the files that he did back in the bringing of BIM.

I’m a CAD guy...a few things have it away. The scenes out the windows, etc. We have the ability to make CAD stuff pretty realistic, but not this realistic. Also the circles on the floors I assume is where cameras were setup for 360* pics.


Still...super badass. Realtors would save a lot of time hauling people around if they did all houses this way.
