You've got a lot of time behind the wheel of these, how difficult are they to drive for someone with a moderate amount of experience?

In my opinion the 224 is very user friendly...Now my old one did 84mph...And it was easier to drive than my previous boat which was a 22 Daytona that did 70mph...

The 224 is far more forgiving than a 20 outboard. Hat being said if you jump right in and hammer it you could put yourself in a bad position. The thing with a stoker is the more seat time the better, but that doesn’t mean you can’t learn how to drive one.

I respectfully disagree. I think the Stoker hull is one of the easiest and most fun boats I have ever owned. I've driven 20.1, 20.4 and owned 224 in different motor configurations. I never put myself in a bad position nor think you could really get into one to be honest unless you were trying to on purpose.

This is my old 20.4 with a 300 XS....For me driving it was no different than my 224...But I see what you are saying...I have seen boaters have a hard time driving a Bayliner....

If a crying Jordan can drive yours, how hard could it be?

Current owner just informed me he has had it at 100 mph with 4 people in it with the prop that is on it. I would assume it has a 1:35 gear ratio. This boat is pending sale.
