Lawyers representing Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann have announced the preparation of letters to be sent to various celebrities, media outlets, and individual journalists who immediately and falsely slandered Sandmann and his classmates for “taunting” a Native American during a trip to Washington D.C.
The student’s lawyers are preparing letters for possible libel and defamation lawsuits, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.

The list of recipients of the warning letters includes actress Alyssa Milano and Senator Elizabeth Warren. Targeted journalists include Maggie Haberman, David Brooks, and media outlets will include TMZ, CNN, and the New York Times. The attorneys have also identified the dioceses of Covington, Lexington, Louisville, and Baltimore as potential recipients of the letter.

Nick Sandmann is a better representative of his generation than the ignorant little snot nose and junior socialist David Hogg.

I think I saw David Hogg in the back of the group of kids...

I hope Nick Sandmann has a benefactor with deep pockets willing to pursue lawsuits against every MF'er listed above.

Anytime a shit for brains liberal wants to sue another party, there are dozens of clandestine funding sources made available. That's how an invader from Guatemala gets the money to sue the government because he dragged his seven year old daughter across 3,500 miles of inhospitable terrain and desert, causing her death.

The liberals want the public to believe that the short few hours the girl was in custody of CBP and ICE caused her to die, and President Trump personally ordered them to kill her.

But it was her father that caused her death. The US has no burden under international law to provide advanced medical care facilities in places like Antelope Wells, NM, where the invaders entered the country. It is a tiny and dusty wide spot in the boot heel of New Mexico. There are no doctors or a hospital.

Jakelin and her father, Nery Gilberto Caal, 29, hailed from the Mayan Q'eqchi' community of Raxruhá, said Tekandi Paniagua, Guatemalan general consul in Del Río, Texas.

They were part of a group of undocumented immigrants loaded onto a bus at 4:30 a.m. December 7 at a Customs and Border Protection operating base near the Antelope Wells port of entry in New Mexico, the CBP said. The immigrants included about 50 unaccompanied minors.

One of four agents involved in the detention conducted an initial screening, including an interview and observation to determine whether medical care was needed, according to CBP. The screening revealed no health issues, the agency said. Her father also claimed the girl was healthy on a government form.

"Our agents are almost always outnumbered in the middle of the night," the CBP official said. "There is no indication that it was a lack of attention that resulted in this. The questions were asked. The observations were made and there was no indication that she had any health conditions."

When the bus departed the operating base about 12:20 a..m., the other migrants -- including Jakelin and her father -- were held inside the sally port of the Antelope Wells Port of Entry and given access to food, water and restrooms, according to CBP.

The bus later returned for the others. Shortly before its 5 a.m. departure, Jakelin's father told agents his daughter was sick and vomiting, the CBP said. An agent notified the station that the child would need emergency medical care.

When the bus arrived at the Lordsburg station about 6:30 a.m., the father told agents the child was not breathing, according to CBP.

The father's ignorance killed his daughter. She was dehydrated, undernourished, and dying when taken into CBP custody. When her father was initially questioned, he had claimed she was healthy. He did not alert the agents to her deteriorating condition until just 90 minutes before she died.

But that's not the story being pushed by the left. Stories like this one from NBC are common. The kid died 90 minutes after her condition was reported to agents by her father. At that time they were boarding a bus from Antelope Wells to Lordsburg, NM. The invaders would be kept there for the rest of the night and next day.

CBP agents had called for a medevac helicopter at the instant the bus arrived in Lordsburg, but she still would have died, because a mission alert in El Paso at 5 AM would have taken at best 30 minutes to get approval for the flight from the flight ops center of the company and get in the air.

She was already dead before the helicopter left the ground in El Paso.

NBC News click bait headline:

A seven-year-old girl who died at border did not receive medical care for 90 minutes.

The death of Jakelin Caal raises questions about the Border Patrol's procedures and the Trump administration's policy of delaying migrants at legal ports of entry.

Antelope Wells is indeed a legal Port of Entry, but it is nothing more than a run down building in a village that only exists because CBP agents and their families live there.

Her father killed her. Period.

Were the boys there to support their right to life beliefs because of their religion or their support for Trump? Their parents dressed them up and used them like pawns.
They were there to get on a friggin bus. For fucks sake.

Winning, and now off to college. Hahahahaha!!
