It’s mine, Paul is handling the sale. The floor plan is a 24 SABWE, it has one ac unit, ducted throughout. For river camping in the middle of summer I would add a second unit for just the bedroom, it is pre-wired for a second from the factory and the unit would drop into the ceiling vent hole.

Selling it because we bought it for a weekend event that we attended. Don’t need it now, and my wife has a toon coming in that she ordered and we could use the space in the garage.
