I'm not one to judge(normally).. but jeezus fuk.. went out side to have a puff off my e-cig.. and this shit is what hanging outside.. the guy in the dress is mean mugging me and talking shit cause I'm taking pics, telling me "dont judge".. gets pissed off and takes off pushing his cart.. the guy, circled in red comes up and asked me for a cig, I tell him I have no cogs, that I quite and only have this e-cig, I ask him if we can have a "serious conversation" he say sure. I talk to the guy for a few minutes to find out what keeps him on the streets, he tells me his is 60yrs old and his pinky dont work. I ask him what kinda wage he needs to get off the streets, he tells me $5hr, I offer him "a legit job" sweeping out and cleaning new construction houses and I will start him at $10.50 an hour on the books.. all from the ask for a cig. I even offered my labor to pick him up for the first month, 3 months probation, no drinking on the job(as he had a new starbuck cup with coffee and whisky), dont care what he does before work or after. After a 10min conversation he says "all I want is a cigarette".. says he cant work for that(on the books) and walks off..

WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE.

I will honestly say, I'm not one to judge, if he told me he would start tomorrow, I would have put him to work. Of course I would have to pay my laborer and extra hour to pick him up and drop him off.. but again WTF..

Sorry for the rant.. rant over.. but honestly WTF..

My faith in humanity slips from time to time...
Have no idea about the cross dresser...none
Homeless or busted...don't get that at all. Worked with broken bones and bloody clothes, to keep a home and food for my kids. I don't know what makes someone give up being part of society like that.

Got to collect it in 2 days from 20 geographic Divisions with one other guy.

Used to burn it off 4K lbs. at a time.
AQMD forced Ca. State Fire Marshal to cease this statewide citing it as a smog hazard.
All confiscated fireworks are shipped via rail to Louisiana and burned off there.
Costs Ca. Taxpayers over $1million a year to do.
Another fun fact of Ca. Politicians

The mortar balls in the box could bring any house down, just place that pile in a tool box and lay hobby cannon fuse to it.
Would look like a natural gas explosion.

Thanks for sharing that story. So funny to me that you can’t burn it in CA because it causes air pollution, but who gives a shit about Louisiana let’s sent it over there. And pay huge Hazmat fees just to get it there. Good stuff.

Since their legal in most other states, seems like selling them instead of paying to destroy them would make more sense. But lawyers and liability fuck up common sense.
Have launched hundreds of those bought from New Mexico, Nevada. At home, pismo, Dumont, sand mountain.
