LAUGHLIN OVERNIGHT BOAT PARKING

If You were to cruise the boat up to Laughlin for the night, where would you park/anchor at for the night?

Never done the drive, but really want to. Once Someone marks up the waters from Havasu to Laughlin on the SafeWatersAPP, I'm going for the journey!

Not really any boat parking. There's one spot at the Riverside casino, for having lunch or something.

Laughlin Bay marina isn't open, yet.

The water can easily fluctuate 5' over night.

Best to arrive in the mornings, and head south in the afternoon.

Laughlin is 35 miles north of the Needles bridge.

Two units is enough for my sled. Maybe not be enough for most.

Towing the boat, a different story. I've never had any problems at the casinos. Other people have. Ymmv.

Yeah like Mash said, really no parkig up there for overnight. Even the spot at the Riverside is hit or miss.

just got off the phone with him, Rusty has a really cool Marina, 20 bucks a night and you need 3 units of water getting in n out, which ya pretty much need to run this part of water...

I'd park right here but that's just me. However, if you head to the Back Bay and go right there's a hotel with a dock and a launch ramp. I believe it's called the Bayshore Inn and it's on the Laughlin side.

Here are a couple Google map screen shots and a picture of the Back Bay. They did a major dredge in the Back Bay so it's a lot easier than it looks on Google Maps to get back there. The address is 1955 Casino Drive Laughlin.

The first picture shows you how to get in from the river . You head straight down the middle of the channel until you see the slips then turn right . The second picture shows you where to dock. The dock is only big enough for a boat and a couple Sea-Doos but nobody ever uses the dock. The Back Bay is just past (North of) Big Bend State Park. It's where the Laughlin Bay Marina (is was). 30 minute car trip from Needles probably a 45 minute Boat trip.
