Parker/Havasu. Kids skis/Wakeboard

Were hanging at Parker this week (still closed BTW)... I got rid of all our kids water skis 30 years ago....

well now we got Grandkids.... 5 y/o, 2.5 y/o, 7 mo....

I got my 3 boys up Skiing at 4, 5, 6 y/o..

any RDP peeps with Kids gear (Skis and wakeboard)
that I can rent for a few days????

The picture I get in my head is of a full grown black lab, all excited and happy to see you, wagging its tail vigorously just a bit too close to one or more of those skis and a domino-esque chain reaction ensuing.

15 years since I last ski'ed..

I'm sitting in the water wondering if the FAT OLD man will get up??????? The day before was GLASS, my Honey "Grammy" asked me... do you wanna Ski???? I said no.. not yet... the reason... we had 10 people in the boat...and I knew if I had any chance to get up.... I needed FULL throttle...LOL

day before... i surprised my self and got up on the 3rd try.... I was battling the single handle... the boys .... pops what about the easy up ROPE????? shit I forgot about that... it was hid under the front seats....

next day... 7am... only saw one boat on the water...

w/ easyup..... I went 3 for 3.... surprised myself

well still up...

got about enough strength for a few runs.. ( No balls tho... many a turns I could not hang on..)

had fun.... tho...

PS.... Parker still closed... and my arms are still sore after one week later...
