Mercury racing 300R V8 with 1.75 gears (has only 10hrs and comes with a 3 yr warranty)with Sea Star Pro hydraulic steering. Stainless marine hydraulic jack plate, trim tabs, New Arko interior with 40oz carpet, New Focal stereo done by wired for sound. Livorsi GPS speedo, billet foot throttle. Tandem axle trailer. Too much to list! 67k obo

Buying a bigger boat to use on Parker and Havasu. Tired of getting my ass kicked every weekend in Parker.

What was the final verdict on the 300R vs. the 300XS?

Last I recall you were waiting on a different ratio lower?

Not a different ratio. It will be getting a brand new zero hours 300r with a Torquemaster. I had the X on mine, not the XS. The 300r is a great motor with a lot of added benefits compared to the X. It’s absolutely turn key on 87 octane and has a 3 year warranty. [emoji1303]

You are putting a brand new 300r on it before you sell it...Or did I read that wrong?

Great looking boat GLWS! Just curious do you adjust the tabs? First time I've seen adjustable tabs on a 21' mod VP. Trim and jack are enough to keep me busy and now I also have tabs on my Cougar and plan to automate them so I don't have to push another button!

I don’t use the tabs hardly at all. Mainly just to adjust weight distribution. The trim and jack plate keep me busy as it is. Lol

Yep I get that. The Cougar likes them full down to get on plane then I put them up to level and they are out of the water. Going to build a controller that brings them up when I hit the gas...
