Check out the pic I posted of my buddies house in Jupiter. You see in the calm pic, the dock is actually about 6 feet up off the water. Pic of the storm, it's nearly under water. storm surge comes and floods the crap out of everything!! Not to mention the wind drives a swell. Look at the pic of Tomlinson's channel in front of his house. Freakin 4' swell rolling down the channel!!
