I went through all my PMs and have none from him. I don’t think it was a case of me forgetting to relay a message to the office to schedule (only time I recall that ever happening was once when I met an inmate at Roadrunner and “forgot” the conversation we had after many shots ‍). If he called into office we have customer service reps and a 24-7 answering service so I can’t imagine we have an outstanding call to him?

Either way, hopefully he responds and I can get him handled if needed.
