Looking to get my wife a waverunner so she can get out on the lake if im not around to do the boat thing. We went to local dealer in Havasu, sales woman there was less then enthused to help us with the sale so we walked out. Anyone recommend a dealer in arizona or southern california that would be a good place to contact or know someone who sells the things? And no we dont want a sea doo or kawasaki, she has her mind made up on the Yamaha.

Think its Jetworld in castaic that a former racer owns now. @riverroyal used to race with him if I recall.

Friend tried buying from Parker Yamaha last trip with cash in hand. Salesman blew him off. I have price shopped my local dealers and there BS crate and assembly fees were like Parker $1800 on top of sales price and tax. Kept my 2015 Yamaha as none of them wanted to sale for list plus tax and license.

Parker Yamaha was great to work with. I walked in jokingly saying I was going to buy a Super Jet because my wife wasn't with me.... well about an hour later it was in the bed of my truck. At the time there was an OTD promotional price and it was exactly that.

Few guys in my group have also bought new Yamaha skis through Kommander in Phoenix. Dustin is a straight up guy.

I just bought my wife one last month from Fun Bike Center in San Diego. Got a great out the door price and included a 5 year full warranty with the promotion they had. I think Tony is the guy that helped us...he emailed me back several times and did what he said he would. No BS from them and I appreciate that.

Would think these must be a dime a dozen this time of year in the slightly used market??

We have bought 2 from Parker motorsports, got great deals on them.

Sometimes scheduling service with them is a little challenging, but the sales process was great both times.

I've never purchased anything from Havasu Powersports. My wife and I have been in a few times and looked around.
On one trip we spent time with the owner (Don't recall his name), super nice guy and I'm sure if we'd been ready to rumble a deal would have been made.
When we were RZR shopping several years ago I got a quote from Ken @ Havasu PS --- I believe he's still there as manager --- we ended up getting a slightly better quote from Jack @ AZ West, but Ken's quote was attractive --- Havasu PS doesn't directly sell Polaris, the deal involved bringing one down from Parker.
Same owner owns Havasu PowerSports, Bullhead PowerSports and Parker Yamaha.

On two occasions we've been met and escorted around by the same young lady you might have dealt with. Some products were already discounted and she "Hinted" at getting a bit more knocked off, but I didn't leave feeling we were going to get any great deals.
If you could get past her to Ken, I'm guessing you could do much better. He'd have to sign off on any deals anyway.

Have you considered Route 66 Motorsports in Kingman ? They sell Waverunners, but I haven't a clue how aggressively they'll deal. Considering their location, might be worth a call or visit.

Used Costco and was referred to Fun Bike Center in San Diego, Tony was the salesperson, easy transaction for a 2018 Yamaha Waverunner EX Deluxe.

Have you considered a Kawasaki or sea doo? Ha. I have a guy for those, no Yamaha.

I 2nd Jetworld in Castaic, CA.

I x3 on Jetworld. I bought my X3 there. So freakin easy and they stick to their word. I did everything over phone. Picked it up and was out the door in minutes. Worth the drive.

This is a nice used 1.
These are 2 from Jetworld. Not sure if She has rode a SVHO or not. Once you do the deluxe is not a option.

Would like the guy to call at jet world, I was going to buy a used stand up but for the right deal maybe a new one.

You're right...there's deals to be had. I hate buying new. But after going through a couple "slightly used" ones that weren't as they seemed (one from a dealer), and having my wife stranded in the middle of the river, I decided to get a brand new one. She can now take out the WR while I'm on the stand up early before the crowds, then we put em back and take the boat out. Lotsa fun not worrying...was a good purchase.

Oops sorry, didn’t know there was a bunch of rules attached
More difficult when it has to be a certain model in a certain color so it matches the pontoon, FML.

Ok, good to know. Yes, clean used ones are hard to find. Everyone trashes their shit, or leaves it stored outside.
Congrats!!

Thanks RD, love the site! I'm glad the old crews have continued to carry on from the good ole' days. Trying to get back on more, just get so bogged down at work.

Are you doing any dirt stuff this winter. I have an X3 and am always looking for runs at Havasu!! #RDSUX

Just bought a 2020 SuperJet from Havasu Powersports.

All done via email with Ken Little and then Janell for docs.

No hassles, had it ready to go when I showed up and they loaded it in the truck.

In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Perfect experience.

Jetworld or Parker Yamaha.
We’ve always had good experiences with them.
