PBS still has a decent news hour. The chicks aren't as hot and the after commercial graphics and re-entry into the show aren't flashy but the content is better. I dont' like that after every commercial there is a "Breaking News" headline when its not really breaking at all.

FOX is still the least biased. They have more liberals with regular shows/appearances than all the other networks combined have conservatives. He should have manned up and stayed.

The issue is when these folks claim to be "News" vs "Opinion" The news used to be news, report the facts and then people will form their opinion based on their beliefs etc... Now we are forced to list to "Opinion" as if it is unbiased news. Just listen to the news breaks on talk radio, I listen to stations that ABC provides the news breaks and they are complete opinion pieces rather than news, there is an obvious bias to their reporting. I can still listen to something and form my own opinion unfortunately there are millions of folks that cannot do that as they have never had any type of critical thinking training or debate classes. When you are forced to argue and promote both sides of an issue, you actually learn something and see that there may be merit on the other side as well rather than think if they disagree with me they have to be defeated and they are terrible people.

Our country is in a very bad place and it's escalating quickly to something very ugly. When the media and celebrity think they can influence, worse yet, think they have the responsibility to influence the populous and the people just latch on and follow its sad and scary. Think back to the 2016 election. Trump won based on our country's laws, yes Clinton received more votes but I live in CA and believe me I would not wish what the people of this state vote for on anyone in the world, and that is why the electoral college is in place. Trump won more electoral votes than Obama and he won 30 of 50 states. Hours after he is elected the "NEWS" stations start floating the ideas of getting the electoral college voters to flip votes and then come the celebrities and then the massive protest at the inauguration... it's ridiculous and sickening and all for power.

Impeach congress, vote in term limits for all of them and remove any pension. and that is my "Opinion"

I watch the news on any station so infrequently, I don't know who half these idiots are anyway.

Wolf Blitzer pretty much convinced me that true news "reporters" were a thing of the past during the first Iraq war.

Biased sensationalism, followed by editorial opinion pieces disguised as news is about all there is these days. Walter Cronkite, Chet Huntley, and David Brinkley cringe from above every night Lester Holt or one of the other current nitwits come on air each night.

All today's media folks for the most part want to do, is last long enough to gather enough garbage to turn it into a book that will never sell. Just like socialism itself, these clowns think they can make failures work if they package it a bit differently.

Look for Shep's perverted memoirs in a few months to hit the stands...….
