absolutely love the design and decoration of this place. Every aspect. Such a cool property.

Tank you’d make an awesome rich guy
True story. I would indeed. Good news is I'm a pretty fuckin' awesome poor guy. So there's that. :D

I love the Hawaiin, Bahamas feel to it with a little bit of French traditional in the entry areas. Don't need water access with that fuckin' pool! But yea, sitting on Biscayne bay would be more preferable. Of course it'd be 25mil on the bay. Then again, if you had this place, I'm sure your 150' yacht would be docked up at the marina and your 50' Skater would be rack stored and ready for you any time. :D

That freakin' indoor like harry potter courtyard thing is way cool.

This time next year it will be underwater , just build a dock in the front yard for the boat and wait.

If you are going to dream big then get a place on the water. All this place needs is a bigger dock and for the previous owner to leave the cars. It isn't too far from tank's new house which is an added bonus.

EDIT: I can't get the pictures to work... but it has a nice garage and a race track

That place is bitchen. Talk about some interesting interior design choices though!:eek:
That race track looks like it's for gocarts but it also looks like it has a golfcart / go cart path that goes all the way around that big ass property!

@Tank the inside needs some work but I think I could manage. I'd have to get a dozen or so shifter carts to drive around a piss off the neighbors.

The inside and outside of that place is gorgeous!

I know! Should have went to acting school. Probably someone in the entertainment business owned it.

The first one would be like living in a themepark haha!

Man, I seriously love that garage in the second one and the collection in it!

Yeah Tank you definitely wouldn't like our style. We call it HDMMT (High Desert, Mid Century Modern Tiki) :D Our house is tropical but super sleek and no clutter. Modern/Mid Century.

I appreciate the house for sure, but man way over the top for us.

I'm just a big fan of that dark wood / light wood contrast used a lot in the Bahamas and Tahiti. Also like the old school dark wood studies and smoking rooms and gaming rooms style. Lots of hard floors and wood open beam ceilings. But I like many styles actually. There's not one of the houses above that I don't actually like. Even the loud clashing colors in the mansion posted above is cool in it's own way. Clean, lots of white and glass modern is a great look, Tuscan, Spanish style all great too. I think my problem is I like TOO MANY styles lol. Only thing I really don't like is the gilded gold / heavy carved materials and lots of drapes, French renaissance style. Too gaudy.

I just imagined flying in 15 of your closest friends a few times a year to your private resort for a week of partying in that big bitch! LOL

That place is bad ass! Love all the little touches through-out the house. And it's super clean. Only down size is you can only use it 3 monhs out of the year unless you want to freeze your balls off!! Northern Idaho in the winter? No thanks.

Don’t forget the 55mph speed limit, and the asshole marine deputies!

This big bastard was for sale when we were up there last year!

Lake police on Cour de laine is notorious for being over zelous about speed. I do believe John Elway was cited multiple times in his boats including that bad ass wood boat he had and his 46 Cig Rough Rider. I actually like Pend Orielle better (45 minutes north).

We loved Pend Orielle. We rented this for a week last July. Cool place and nice down to earth people.
