nice shop space!!

I'm assuming CA prices are much higher than TX.... a buddy of mine in CA spent about 80k on his (bigger than this, but not 2x bigger)
Not really, a tad more maybe. I’m going to be about $53k or so in Murrieta, insulated ceiling and skylights, 3 roll up doors. No grading, plumbing, or electrical included in that price. I found prices varied all over the place though

hell ya, that's nice. :)

Funny, I finally bit the bullet the other day and called an electrician, sure is nice going in there in the evenings now and have light, lol. They finished up the outside lighting today actually. For once I am happy for it to get dark early so I can see what it all looks like. :p

you going to put rv inside? I would like to see pics if so. I’m afraid that a 30x40 will fill up real quick after I put my rv inside. I want to go big. But dealing with permits is another thing. I need a bunch of room for boats/cars and a lift.

Rv can go inside but will not be stored inside i will be putting another car port over it next year and it will stay where its at in the picture.

Go as big as you can it will fill up fast.

So true. I just started to lay out the foundation for my 40x50 and already wish I could of gone bigger! 2000 sqft is enough but you always want more. I too will be putting up a lean to on one side for outside work. Looking good, I Hope to be where you are after the first of the year.

Well our first stage of our shop is complete. Now on to filling it up and getting it situated putting everything where it goes.

Wanted to do a fence that more people have out here but for time and money we went back with the chain link that we took down originally. Brought a bit of the High desert with us.lol
