Well my morning is turning out bad. The house won't work at all. For one its a tear down in my opinion. There is a tarp covering a section of roof. The property has a large shop on it, rented to a auto repair shop. With my dog that won't work...…………………………………..

Good afternoon. Or for me a disaster. The rental market here is very competitive. I keep losing houses or they won't work because of the dog. No fence, etc. My top pick has an open house viewing tomorrow at 11:45. But for the type of house with big yard, pool and hot tub, it will probably be scooped up fast.

Why do you have some man eating dog? It’s just you right, no kids or wife? Can you not defend yourself?

I’ll never understand the reason to own a dog that you have to worry about being around other people or other animals.

Yep, just me. The dog just turned out to be iffy with people. He's ok muzzled. A hotel for a few days will work. But Id rather find a house ASAP!!!!! Shouldn't have done a ten day close.

The house is for sale behind me but you'd have to come to Comiefornia, but since you'd be an immigrant you should walk right through and get all sorts of free stuff.

Made me LOL...……….. The price of real estate is high here. Can't find a decent place under $1million. Makes a lot of people rent. I can't believe how competitive it is. There is a few open houses tomorrow for rentals. I'm sure I'll find something.

Another problem I only want a 6month lease. I'm just waiting for the right house to come on the market. I don't like anything for sale here, the two I like are way overpriced...…………….

Not related to Yellowboat...……….. I was in the process of listing with an agent. I was going to move out into a rental while it was for sale. Had a rental lined up. My neighbor always said "if you want to sell call me first" I didn't think he was serious. Thinking I had the rental lined up I called him. He jumped at it and wanted a 10 day close. The rental fell through last Monday. They decided to sell or rent to someone else. So I've been scrambling ever since.

Oh, one problem I'm having. The rental market is very competitive here. I only want to do a six month lease. Most people are willing to commit to a year lease. Most agents go with those willing to lease for a year. Add in the dog, its a problem.

The solution. I'm going to opt for a one year lease.

The area I want to buy in, doesn't have much inventory. Houses rarely pop up there in my budget. Two o.k. houses for sale there, but they are overpriced for what they are.
