Melatonin was a game changer for me. 1ea 10ml and it’s nighty night time!

Sylvia Browne has a book out called “The book of dreams” that helped me shut my brain down and fall into a restful sleep. It doesn’t really dabble into her psychic stuff a whole lot, but focuses (in the pertinent chapters) on some mental excersizes that allows you to sort of mentally unwind and clear your thoughts.
I found it on the book rack in a rig camp in Prudhoe Bay and it truly helped me to fall asleep.

What I have found is I need to be "drop dead/passed out tired". If not, my brain will let me fall asleep, then jerk me awake. It usually happens within an hour or so, and it's usually something that hinders calm for some time
