30 minutes seems like a long time does it really take that long?
It’s been a while since I’ve bought anything but it didn’t used to take that long even if you didn’t have a CCW, maybe things have changed.
I bought 2 guns at Big 5 in Havasu. My CCW was in Nevada at the time. It took them longer to fill out the forms than the background check and I still walked out the door in less than 30 minutes.
Why so long? I bought a new 1911 in texas and it was maybe 30 seconds. The transaction took less time then i did fondling it.
Not many people are going to sell their guns for $150 each.
That makes sense, I think the last time I bought anything it took maybe five minutes if that it usually comes back pretty quick, if it doesn’t you probably have issues.

Exactly. The news story always starts out showing a picture of an evil “assault weapon” but what is usually lying on the collection table is junk. It’s laughable, I have a couple of junk guns that I’ve inherited over the years, I wish I lived close enough to go down and make $400 turning in junk.
