I took delivery on a Suger 37 over springer 2 years ago that's mocked up on a rigid Hardtail Chopper frame. Best springers on the planet, he's a one man show at his shop.

I saw brook and BS’d with him for a while. You Should’ve rolled. It drizzled til 11. Sunny and nice now. They’re at about 70% sales from last year because of the rain. 10015ish show bikes instead of the 150 last year. Still good show. Good people.

When David Mann lived at the Easy rider ranch in Malibu he was buddies with a friend of mine that lived down the street and would roll up and hang out all the time. He and his wife were cool people. Super laid back, chill. I was young (19) and didn’t really realize how cool it was to actually know him. This was like circa ‘94. He was a big influence on me getting into riding harleys and buying my first bike the next year.

Yeah, he's super chill. I hadn't seen him since an easy rider show I was at around 99. Bought a shirt from him back then. I BS'd with him this Sunday a bit. Super cool guy. I dig his builds. Totally my style of lower stance choppers instead of the really radically high head tube style of the 70's.
