Having trouble finding some steel saddle washers (curved washers). I need them to fit a 1.75"OD tube (I'd even settle for a 1.5"OD tube). Hole size is not that important but .25-.375 would be ideal. Not having any luck with McMaster, Fastenal, McFadden-Dales etc. Any ideas or sites???

How many do you need and what material?

If you only needed a handful, could you make a die and press some standard washers? I have had to do it before, but they were smaller radius, more like 1" tube.

I could make them but would rather purchase. Plus most have extra material around the hole to make a “flat”.

They would be quick to machine out of round using an endmill of your tube size to create the saddle, then throw it up in the lathe and part it off...they'd be real saddles, not that stamped crap. I have the stock and tooling on hand to make them if you'd like.

Not looking to make them and I have a machine shop here at my disposal. Waste of time for the intended use.

Have you tried Porteous Fastner...I think in either Santa Fe Springs or Industry maybe? They were good at sourcing stuff like odd hardware.
