Boat insurance in Texas

StateFarm has limits on HP and only a few locations actually have approval to write west coast cat hulls.
My CA SF agent would not write a policy on my 26 deck, AZ agent did (AZ SF has approval to write west coast cat hulls - which I verified with my dads neighbor in IL, who was the EVP of underwriting at SF).
