Sepulveda Basin Homless Cleanup

Has the time and skills to build a 3 story tree home...but time or skills to find a job?...not so much


Very large illegal makeshift structures, like this 3 story treehouse, are being dismantled in the Sepulveda Basin today. This is a part of LA City’s multi-phase and multi-agency clean up operation in the basin. LA Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) has been on-site before and during the cleanup to offer services to anyone willing to accept assistance. Law enforcement is on scene for the safety of the workers and service providers.

This problem will be solved if Gov. Newsom gets his 1.4 Billion from the legislature. Everyone knows once California has the funds available, issues like this go away immediately.

Biggest problem with allowing anything like that is that the nighttime "collection" usually involves stealing 99.999% of those materials.

Oh wait.......don’t be too critical just yet. I can see the person who built that abode excelling with truck loading is certain areas of LA and expanding internationally to Tijuana. His fine art and capability exceeds that of which I have seen on the road.
