3 bedroom 3.5 bath 2615 sq ft house with 1332 sq ft garage and a 945 sq ft RV garage
Plans drawn by Graphic Concepts out of Havasu. Owner builder using references I've
obtained from RDP! Couple of pics to start with

got prices from Azteca, Stewart concrete and tried to get one from Black Opal which they never gave me one
Azteca's quote did not use rebar in the slab and was going to use fiber mesh re-inforcement which I didn't like
We used Stewart concrete, he also did my brothers footings and flatwork (house next door) Mike with Stewart was
easy to deal with and kept in communication throughout, price was with in couple hundred bucks of each other

Build is on "A" street in the homes only section, next to River Rich's lot, were using Joe Payson from Colorado River Plumbing
and I'm doing the electrical

for now I'm just trying to get the structure done then take a break, I would think you could do it all under a year if you wanted to

I could only get 13'6" wide to maintain the 10' I wanted to keep on side yard
total dimensions 13'6 x 67' with 12x14 door

didn't like how the exhaust for the kitchen hood vent went through the roof, so I changed it to go out through the wall in the RV garage
small details but one less roof penetration has to be a good thing

Are you willing to do work in Havasu? I am looking for subs to do two RV garages on the same street. We are just working on the design at this time. Hope to start later this year on one and the second at the end of the first quarter next year.
