I’m going to assume it was late 90’s into early 2000’s when they were pumping out something like 30 boats a month. Probably with not the most skilled non-English speaking workforce.
Just an assumption.

Handled marine insurance claims from Yuma to BHC for a few years. It doesn't matter what manufacturer many fiberglass boats delaminate. Never inspected an Eliminator that delaminated.

I think you are right. If I remember correctly, @ONE-A-DAY knew which HIN prefix could tell you which shop it was at.
