Trying to keep up a 40 hour week at home. I guess maybe 30 since I go into work one day a week still.
Clean the crap out of the side yard. I'm talking a lot. Build a side gate. Cleaned out one small shed. Still have double Gates to build on the other side. And probably a small yard divider fence. Doing power steering hoses on the truck tomorrow. Beating on the kid to get the exhaust back up in his car. More side yard crap that can go to trash that I haven't seen or used in while.
Need to finish seats in the boat. Probably change the stereo speakers. I've had the material to do a cover for months,I need to get on that when I get my sewing stuff out.

I don't want to come out the back side of this, and say man I should have done all this crap when I had the time.I want to do this summer without feeling like I have a bunch of obligations at home.

Man the off roading looks fun! RD food looks off the chain! Sure as my luck, by the whole family dirt bikes then this shit happens.

No quarantine for me and the wife. Both work in health care. Business as usual. Actually allot busier and more stressful. We really need a vacation but can’t. Can’t take the time off work and nowhere to go.

Be safe and healthy everyone.

The return of the “bucket”. The other nite I told the wifey I was gonna make a drink, asked if she wanted one... we had a few during the day and didn’t really know if she was gonna rally with me or not. She suggested maybe sharing one, so 10-15 shots in a bucket with some mixers and we started our own party again. Lol.

What are you guys doing? I’m pretty sure I am gonna weigh 400 lbs when this deal is done. Lol

That said I normally spend a lot of $$ eating out and we haven’t eaten out at all.. so that is good I suppose.
I would think the local vibe would be to support your family restaurant owners by getting take out so that they are still around when we win the war on this virus. That is the mantra in San Clemente

With employees posting they are sick and thinking of working at the restaurant making take out orders don't think Dave would go that route.

I would kill for some take out.. Some enchiladas.. maybe a burger? God damn some Bobaloos right now!!

I can’t think of any possible way that this can be done where you can’t potentially expose yourself to the virus so that’s completely out for us.. We don’t even like going to the grocery store And only go when needed.

I just talked to my neighbors son that works at the In N Out.. I asked him how they are handling things. He said they put the card readers outside the window. I asked him about cash and he said it’s business as usual.. take the cash / make change etc.. No gloves no nada. Also said they are busier than they have ever been.

He mentioned it seemed like a lot of people out here don’t seem to care about it at all.

Not sure of your personal health situation within your clan but, some restaurants in our area have instituted Take Out Protocols to minimize risk ie. no one entering closed up areas, food preppers wearing gloves and mask, separate individual for running credit card or taking over phone in advance. I'm sure its still a minimal risk but I have my own protocol during the process and when I bring things into the home. Hopefully you can identify a restaurant that can meet your standards and provide you some variety. We are missing Havasu and Bobaloos too. Be Safe. See you when this shit calms way down.

Did he stay home or go back to work sick?

I dunno? I know his boss saw the fb page and said they wouldn’t allow anyone to return to work sick..

With this god damn thing though you can have it and not even know it for weeks which is why we aren’t eating out.

Yea, I can’t figure it out either. I see a Ritz cracker and then three layers of stuff that in no way resembles food products. I have to know.

you are gonna laugh but I actually got it off the back of a ritz cracker box years ago.

ritz cracker, thin coat of peanut butter, doll up of miracle whip, pickle on top. Damn near any kind of pickle works..

Sounds crazy but it is flipping amaze balls..

It’s almost hard to believe it’s been over a month.. I haven’t updated the thread in quite sometime because we did the “rabbit hole” thread with the machining projects.. and a few others.

This is up to Easter Dinner.. :). Won some $$ on the Lottery

Still having fun
