Two weekends ago they had the center 2 lanes blocked with a-frame barricades. This created a long line. Both days I was there people moved them out of the way by the late afternoon so everyone could use all 4 lanes.

Last weekend they put up orange k rails in the center 2 lanes.

Does anyone know how long this is going to last? It's getting really annoying.

What a joke!. Ramp is run by the city of Needles. No wonder town is a friggin disaster!

I wish they'd put more effort into repaving the section of River Rd that is all tore up.
