Same here. No appointments. Everything is uploaded when you talk to them and they see it on their end. Pretty simple

Just registered a new car that I purchased in CA and the process was very easy. Customer care rep walked me threw the whole process.

Correct they WANT To do everything over the phone or on line. The issue that we had is that we were not able to get our log in squared away because of being from out of state. We had to change title on our son’s Jeep and register it. After our call, 50 minutes on hold, withing 10 minutes the guy got us an appointment. It was the followiNg week in Kingman or 3 days in Havasu. We made the drive to Havasu and that is where it went sideways. Our appointment was at 2:45, we were 10 minutes early. They were running a little late. The lady said it would be 1 hour late. Turned out to be more like 2 hours late. Once in it took 15 minutes in front of the lady at the counter. She was very helpful and cheerful with all the BS that everyone was dishing out to them for being late.

We had heard that having an AZ ID card could have made it easier. We had planned on that but Did not have our passports with us. The next time that we are in town we will do that.

Best part and made it all worth while was that we were able to register our jeep for 5 years to a total of $250-+ for the 5 years. It would have been more than that For just one year in any other state that we have a vehicle in.

Try different areas they are different depending on where you are going.

Good luck getting the Havasu one on the phone.. I called four four hours straight.

we have a new biz in town called quick stop that handles all the paperwork and is an actual game and fish office and can handle paperwork on site. For MvD stuff they take it to their sub city office and is a 7-8 day turn around

Steve, just call them and do it online. It’s simple. Just have your paperwork scanned into a pdf file and submit it when you’re on the phone with them.
