Came back to California and our new color codes....

It plainly states that all incognito mode really does is not record your search history or track cookies, not that you are truly anonymous. I figured you were trying to surprise someone or something and didn't want it showing up in historical searches.

Dine in is okay but a lot of restaurants have changed there hours . We just went to lake Las Vegas for lunch and the place does not open till 4 now !

You can eat almost anywhere inside a restaurant in Nevada from Southern to Northern...depends on the business and if they are actually open, I have only seen a very small handful that say curb pickup only. All the casino's that are open have most of their restaurants open as well...
