@shintoooo used to.
I looked into it (April 15 to Oct 1), but the costs were higher then I wanted (since daughter wanted a pool).
Ended up @ the Islander with the ToyHauler, made more sense for our family.

You just need to find a house belonging to a snowbird that is leaving for the hot season

I was thinking of renting my new house I'm building, snow birds in winter and boaters summer.... or just put in a full timer...I'm gonna build a casita on the other lot with a rv garage that I will use when we go there.... but, we just don't seem to have the time to go there anymore...

I think the OP was more of a question TO the members that rent a house for the whole season.
