I’ve been using OptiLube XPD at every fill up since 100,000 miles for the last 160,000 miles - so far so good. What is the best and does it really work.

2 stroke oil, ATF and others are old wives tales for old diesel engines, past on at truck stops and by bull shitters in garages that don't have tool boxes. There is only one fuel treatment that is actually endorsed by Cummins.
460,000 on my 6.7 Cummins, I don't use anything and the engine has never be open.
Why not just service the injectors and fuel system?
It could save headaches down the road.

NO!!! On the ATF!! To much detergent, causes them to stick, due to lack of lubricity.

Great for gas engines. In the diesel world there are much better additives.Lucas .
