That's got to be a straight up hoax. Even looking at the cell phone picks by the "DPS Officials" where they have at least 2 at the same angle, in one pick it's thick, one it's thin...I swear I also see boot prints pushing the sediment up against it....

This is badass. Most likely someone was making a movie or music video a few years back? I remember like 10 years ago or so I helped my cousin scout some cement plants out in the middle of the desert. We snuck in both during the day and night and my buddy and his small crews whipped out some lighting and expensive cameras and we shot some cool footage. The idea was to make it look like an off-planet power plant of sorts. There was also this huge mirror solar field we snuck into and filmed. Ill have to find the final product but it looks like some alien stuff.

This is cooler though since they built their own! There had to have been a trail to drive there, otherwise a helo-mission would have made it a high budget production for sure!

Way back in the I think late 50s early 60s in the rural area I lived in these two guys from a small town called Elkton made a helmet and suit painted the whole thing florescent blue, and would come up out of the ditch at night along side an unlit road, They got caught after a while, and when they did a bunch of people came out and Oh yeah I saw the spaceman didnt want to say anything becuase people would think I was nuts.
