This was posted a couple years ago. A member knows the guy that was driving. I cant for the life of me remember what he said actually happen but it was pretty bizarre.

Looks like the guy who has to repair the course every time a member runs it over got real serious about how to anchor the buoy line....!

Makes me wonder why the hell they need the buoy's anchored so dam heavily. Overkill much?

Someone was saying a kid was driving and they tried to keep this as quiet as possible for insurance reasons. This video has been around for years. I've never experienced a slalom course anchored to the bottom in this way. They are supposed to be meant to break away so this cannot happen.

What you mean perfect pass doesn’t steer the boat too. Sounds winnable in court these days.

That is what I remember from when this originally came out. His teenage Son was driving the course for the first time, and he hit a buoy chain or cable.

It appears like the boat did not travel one foot beyond where it got hooked up. I can only imagine the complete surprise the driver got.......

it takes some practice, to be good at driving and pulling a skier through the course. I have knocked a ball/buoy off one or two times. my wife use to stress , pulling me through .

Wasn't this the one where the prop shaft came loose and stuffed itself back against the rudder?
