That's tax fraud if nothing else. Since it wasn't for business specifically for the state, she should have to pay for the charter or the full operating expenses of the flight. Maybe this is what Biden meant when he said the ORS will be doing more audits. :D

If it was for business of the state, there should have been some sort of bid or what not for the service.

I was over in Southwest MI last weekend... Nobody was following any guidelines. A few places kind of would point to a mask if you didn't have one, but none of us got ran out of the bar either.

I think it is time to stop the charades.
