I believe the space rent is right at $700

I'm sure someone will finance but i have no connections or clue as to how to find them.

Such wonderful options! I want to buy all these houses at once. But, unfortunately, I'm unlikely to pull even one now. I often look through the options on https://expomovers.com/best-places-for-buying-a-summer-house-near-nyc/. There are many tempting offers with detailed descriptions and photos, but I just got a new job and have yet to raise my salary.
But I believe that I will definitely save up some money and buy my own real estate over time. Thanks! Your thread has really motivated me. I will try harder and save money.
