Had a client tell me his retiring to Dominican Republic with his career in the marines. To move to DR he has to have :
1) Original Birth Certificate
2) Clean criminal record
3) Be healthy and clear of issues
4) Proof of a income of $1,600 a month.
Dang that’s DR, US has its ass open with free programs and free money and takes every idiot and criminal in.
