So my neighbor and close friend has decided to sell his house. It’s a dream palace for us men with plenty to keep the wives happy.
4,000 sqft (40x100’) block building, with lift and paint booth inside on 2 acres. Huge party pool and spa, and then to keep mama happy 2300sqft 3 car garage, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, and an office. Supposed to go on market later this week or next figured I’d let you guys know before the market gets the chance. 799k

11 miles to Jack Smith, its 1 mile south of the new Walmart 1 mile east of hwy 95 up off Joy Ln for those that know the area at all. And for the late nights, it’s a 7 minute walk to Dream Girls in flip flops.

Super nice place, but the neighbors! I have looked at a couple nice places with shops up in that area. When you roll out, the shit people are doing on neighboring lots wouwld drive me crazy, and have me wondering who was going to rob me first.

There are a few vehicles in the shop, however that’s his brothers RV, and it’s used more as a shop than a storage building.

That's the first thing I think of when i'm on the AZ side, it's cool to have the big deep lots and garages, but the dirt would drive me nuts.
